Hi,
I looked the three drugs up in my handy Basic and Clinical Pharmacology text by Katzung (9th edt) and found this for you.
Methotrexate - oral = Rheumatrex; intrathecally = Folex a folic acid antagonist which interupts the productions of certain proteins in the cell.
Cytosar - no reference to this name, but there is something call Cytosine arabinoside or Cytarabine which appears to be its trade name and is a pyrimidine antagonist, mimicking the shape of pyrimidine and screwing up metabloic action w/in the tumour cells.
Hope this helps your search.
