I suspect the adrenal disease is still probably with possible invasion to
the kidney which could mean there is a malignant tumor there. Surgery may
be your best option to find out what is happening. I think the gland and
the kidney could be removed it this is what it is and if he does okay give
him a better chance. If you don't so surgery I think he will get worse fast
and you will lose him too, so there may be a better chance with surgery.
You could ultaxound first to give you more info but it won't change the fact
that he will need surgery. Be sure an IV catheter is in and Gas anesthesia
only would be used, esp if he had trouble with anesthesia before. Hope this
