James, this ferret needs immediate vet care form a vet who knows ferrets or who at least has ferret vet texts or instructional tapes and who is willing to call ferret vets for consultations. Better yet would be traveling to a vet who knows ferrets. That low body temperature is not good. A ferret should be between 101 to 103'F.

I don't normally like to repost infor from just a few days ago, but your need is immediate so here is a copy of a recent post which will help you find a vet:
New resource (worldwide):

It helped me tonight find those who say that they are ferret vets in
two places which weren't in other listings. (The qualifications of one
of them sounded incredible, BTW.)

Here are other ways to find vets:

http://www.geocities.com/houseferrets13uk/Vets.html UK vets
http://www.ferrets.org/Veterinarian_Listings.htm British Columbia vets

(also check with your area ferret clubs and in magazines)

You will also need to think in the future about helping your local vet learn about ferrets.

The best way that I can think to start that process for no more cost than taking your vet to them or making print outs for your vets' use is to use useful links at places like the FHL Links section and find write-ups by ferret expert vets for your vet:

the critical references section at

(which is run by one of the FHL co-moderators and our FHL librarian, Pam Sessoms)
