Female ferrets do not have an obvious menstrous- N\The fluid theat she is
secreting indicated the time is right for breeding.
You will need to have a jill jab performed or administer and injection to
bring her out of heat.

My suggestion is to wait 42 after injection or jill jab to spay which will
be harmonious with the estrous cycle.

This we have found makes a happier spayed female ferret!
