My 4 year old ferret, Hobbes was diagnosed with a malignant right adrenal tumor. He took a turn for the worse on Wednesday night, vomiting, diarrhea, and hind leg paralysis. His vet only gave him a few days to live. I had him put to sleep to end his suffering, It hurt me so much to do this but after seeing him suffer all I wanted was to give him peace. I held him in my arms to the end. I'm having a hard time dealing with his death, I miss himso much but feel I did the right thing for Hobbes. I'd like to thank those of you who wrote to me with advise.
