An other thing you may want to try is if you can find an altered male ferret with an adrenal tumor in a shelter or rescue some times these guys will try to breed with the female and he can bring her out of heat that way.

We call some vets around Zürich and none will make a surgery while she is in heat. They also do not give the hormon injection.

We were told that Bärli will be in around 4 weeks, back to normal and we have to wait...

I hope that's not dangerous for her. So, we have to wait 4 weeks till she is normal and then spay her ...
