Yes, LH is the problem in ferrets, or so I've been told, but my thinking was that since the pituitary is producing both LH and FSH in response to the trigger, I'm assuming, perhaps wrongly so, that if FSH levels are going down, LH levels are following suit. So even though we're not testing for LH directly, we might have an idea if the Lupron or Melatonin is providing the desired results by knowing the levels of FSH.

But this is a topic that is way to complex for me to understand completely. I know that it is not that simple.
