If you just had the melatonin implant done yesterday, did your vet do a full exam while she was there to see why she's not eating and is weak?
As Sukie said, those are pretty general symptoms and without some diagnostic work being done, it's hard to say what might be going on. Lymphoma would probably be last on my list, but it is always a possibility.
