Hi Anna,
The reactions you are seeing post melatonin treatment can be very normal,
and not necessarily related to lymphoma. Never assume lymphoma w/o a biopsy.
Now by chance did your vet warn you that for the first few days after a
melatonin implant the ferret may become very lethargic?
It is a natural reaction while the body regulates itself to the new
melatonin levels. Much like the body needs to adapt to pred and other
steroidal drugs.
In the next few days she should perk up and eat more.
