I am so sorry but it does happen seemingly fast with these things. It may
or may not have been something that could be fixed, it really depends on the
severity and I just had one with severe anemia black stools that turned out
to be an inoperable stomach tumor, so even if it was caught you may not have
been able to fix it. Don't be so hard on yourself, she is in God's hands
and there is a reason for everything. I know that does not make her loss
hurt any less but please take care of you so you can help all your others.
