When I first got him tested I did a full panel and evrything else was normal excpet his blood glucose was 89. I do not believe that the insulin itself was checked. He also had a full physical. His temp was normal, breathing was normals and heart rate was normal. Nothing abnormal could be palpated in his abdomen. I have never given him any meds, supplements or vitamins until now and now all I give him is the Pred. and ferret vitamins. I originally gave him Predisone and when I refilled the Rx my vet perscribed Prednisalone. Both have had no real result. I am unsure of his age and history as I adopted him from a shelter a little more then a year ago. We estimate his age to be 3-4 yrs.
