Are these particular times that these incidences occur. Meaning, are they times when he has been in another room that he typically doesn't go into. Have you changed any particular food? Do you have other animals in your home where he can occassionally sample their food? Is there a relation between something you could be using in cleaning the house. Can he get to something as simple as soap in the bathroom? Keep a mental note of things that you do doing the day or something that happens in your home that is not constant.
