I would put her on antibiotics. Could some of the swelling from the lymph
nodes have been infection from the tooth, and the pred just supressed the
immune response so the nodes went down? If the tooth was sore it could have
caused many of her signs. I know perhaps it is a long shot but still a
possibility that maybe it is not lymphoma, unless of course other nodes were
enlarged too. Best of luck.
