Based on nonresponse to antibiotics it could be fungal or viral and biopsy
would be the quickest diagnosis. If you keep trying things it might get
worse too. However could some of the problem be an allergic response to
something like the Pine bedding. I suspect it would have improved now that
they are off it. The aggression could also be contributed to pain as well
and if you get a diagnosis and fix then you will make him feel better faster
and perhaps it will be easier for him to adjust. Best of luck to you.
