I take my guys to Petroglyph in Albuquerque. There may be someone in Santa Fe, but it's probably worth the drive to go to ABQ. If you live elsewhere in the state, definitely make the drive. Your little guy needs something.
I think the ferret vet at Petroglyph is too conservative about operating (I had to insist when he wanted to wait and see--BTW, I was right). But the operation itself was beautiful, the best I've seen--no bruising, even. And he was really conscientous about running tests and discussing things with me.
Crystal, it sounds like you're getting exasperated with the activity level. Please let me know if it gets to be too much.
