I would still suspect a tooth, x rays are not always 100% accurate when
doing teeth. I would gas her down ans evaluate the teeth. Then look for
other things. The resolution recurrace suggests a nidus (something thiere
like a tooth that will reinfect until it is removed). Another possibility
is if she chews on things that something is causght way back there and a
foreign body is causeing the recurrent abscess still evaluated under
anesthesia with a very complete look. Good Luck.
