Hi,
Thank you for the links and advice. As time went by my ferret Buddy
continued to lose more hair and was itchy. So I made him an appointment with
his vets and took him in today. He has adrenal. For now, my vet suggests
Lupron shots ever few months. If that doesn't work we go to the implants,
then surgery. So he has insulinoma and adrenal. He has gained weight since
December, she said he looks healthy, no swollen glands, is very active, and
does not seem to be anemic.
I forgot to ask her how I know the lupron is working for him? The only signs
I saw of adrenal was hairloss and itching. Will his hair growing back be a
sign that the lupron is working? This is all new to me.
