I worry that this might be the onset of insulinoma or even adrenal. As
long as he is staying hydrated and eating well, you would be alright to
wait a little while. Do scruff him and ck his upper abdoman for any
masses. The fact that he it acting uncomfortable on his back worries me
the most. Makes me wonder about his spleen and such. If you do notice
anything different, then I would say he does need to go sooner than later.
