Hi!

My name is Joanna Nilsson and I have a question about
my ferrets eyes color. The ferret, Imova, has a clear
black pupil and the iris is dark with green speckles
or glitter.

Here a two pictures:

I wonder if anyone have seen anything like this
before, since I am a little worried that this is some
disease. An ordinary vet (who has good knowledge about
ferrets) said that she has never seen this before.
The problem is that you don't see this green thing
normally since you expect black eyes (or red). It took
me 1-2 months to see that Imova has different eyes.
It seems that Imova don't have any trouble with her
vision.

I don't know if it is of importance that she is an
angora ferret (not Ferpharm).

Regards

Joanna
