This is all that I could find on green sclera but it is for humans and it doesn't sound like it is for green spotting:

i think those spotty green eyes are lovely, but BEFORE they are bred it IS important to have a vet ophthalmologist make sure that the coloration or spottiness are NOT signs of a health problem.

In searching I found this human health site:

In humans iron deficiency can turn sclera blue.

This med can turn human sclera green or yellow:
>amsacrine. It's an antineoplastic.

Osteogenesis imperfecta can cause blue sclera in humans.

Okay, according to that site -- which is a bunch of med students and med profs asking each other HUMAN health questions:
>My guess is that you might see green sclerae in a
>patient with a CT disease (like OI or Ehler-Danlos;
>which could lead to blue sclerae) that happens to be
>jaundiced. Blue + Yellow = Green.

Also, in that discussion Marie gave pupil shape information in:

I have not yet found anything on scleral spotting.

Anyone know any on-line vet ophthalmologists who might be interested in looking at the photos and discussion?
