Our experiences have shown -
that many of the ferrets we chipped 6 months ago show no symptoms of hairloss
etc., This has determined ( agreed by vet) that we will not rechip until the adrenal
signs recur.
Several others were chipped at 4 months after initial chipping. It appears to us that
each ferret will possibly vary in need for reapplication of time release melatonin. It
would bne nioce to hear form the vets though.
