Can she at least run a crypto titer?
Yes if she is aiming at treating parasites it is 2 short it requires 3
weeks. I would also consider Chloramphenicol since it is used for tick
bourne disease and it crosses the blood brain barrier. If she is not
comfortable doing the procedure see if you can find an experience surgeon
that can do it since they can do it quickly. The loss of tremors and such
may be related to the prednisolone. This is the primary drug for nervous
system disease and sometimes they will get a menigiomyelitic which is purely
inflammatory and pred is the treatment of choice All the best. And good
