Cody really needs to see a vet that can check his glucose levels. If that hasn't been done yet, you're really just guessing.

Typically, once a ferret has come out of a hypoglycemic episode, they're pretty worn out from it. Make sure he's eating enough to help keep his glucose levels sable. In a real severe episode, there can be neurological damage because the brain is starved for glucose for an extended period.
