I have read and heard however, we have been utilizing them here for 6 plus
years with NO ADVERSE problems...
we have 3 units in the building (3400 sq ft)
one on first floor, one on second floor and one in shelter!
It really does make a difference in an old building with MANY MANY ferrets
many incontinent...
no matter how often we cleaned three was always a ferret odor-- now there
is no noticeable odor. The trick is understanding what the settings should
be for the sq ft area and in keeping the units cleaned!
I will let you know when respiratory issues do show themselves though!
