I definitely would not assume lymphoma just because his glands are enlarged. Is it the glands on the sides of his neck or??
Assuming that 1.25 cc's of pred means 1.25 mg (and it may not), you have room to increase that dosage. Some have given as much as 10 mg per day. That's a lot, but if he's having regular seizures, that is definitely not good either, and of course you don't have to go that high. There's also diazoxide, which works well for some ferrets, though not for all.
