I strongly agree with Mike. Infections also inflame the nodes.

BTW, have you seen pronounced signs of infection like diarrhea or vomiting? If so, the Pred may be being lost too rapidly.

What concentration is your Pred?

Were the blood glucose numbers run again recently?
