Subject: sneezing, watery eyes, what is this?

I have had several ferrets come down with a severe sneezing fits, a little
water eyess (no matting) just looks a little like sleep in the eyes and they
kind of show they dont feel good. They are eating fine, the poo is a little
loose, still active.
I took one to the vet, they one that came down with it first, and everything
looked ok. Chest was clear, just a clear nasal drip. He put them on amoxi
and I have been doing the ferret rx. Is this the flu going around through the
babies? Should I give them some Benedryl to help with the severe sneezing
attacks?
