If they have not had the correct canine distemper shots watch for crusting on the chin and paws, and other signs.
Ferrets do get influenza. They can also get bacterial sinus infections.
Allergies can also happen so if your area is especially bad for pollen this year then they are having mild allergies which will pass, BUT it is not normal to find a group doing that at once, so more likley it's an infection.
