Shona,

Sporanox is used for several skin problems, and sometimes in vary degrees
of success. If your
vet is comfortable administering it to your ferret, he/she should know if
the fur falling out
is normal or not. I remember that in treatment of ringworm, Sporanox was
rumored to make the
old hair fall out where the infected skin was.
