Hard to use the link to that photo as a point of reference. It's really not clear at all. At 4 years of age, there's not much else that will cause a swollen vulva besides adrenal disease. Upload a photo when you get it. Clarity counts!
I believe there's a ferret shelter in Louisville. That's not too terribly far from you. If you know of it, you can contact them for vet recommendations and if you don't, I can try to locate the contact info.
