It could mean a lot of things. Our Nyssa had adrenal
symptoms that came and went for about a year. Then
they came and stayed. When our vet did surgery she
had a huge left adrenal tumor.

At the time he explained that adrenal tumors don't
just grow, they fluctuate. Also the amount of excess
adrenal products they put out fluctuates.

I'm not saying Kira has adrenal disease. I'm not a
vet and there is no way I can know. I am saying that
this doesn't rule it out at all. As long as her vulva
remains enlarged I'd remain concerned.

I'd also point out that her vulva wasn't really huge.
They can get much bigger.
