OK, continuing where the exhausted Ms. Sukie left off
with adrenal symptoms. Almost no ferret gets all of
these. Some don't lose any hair at all. Romana, for
example, had a swollen vulva but no hair loss.
Pertwee's first symptom was weight loss.

-Pronounced weight loss.
-Hyperactivity and/or a sharp reduction in sleep time.
-Aggressiveness, either to other ferrets or to you.
Thing could include biting.

Any of these with or without any of the symptoms Sukie
listed, combined with a swollen vulva, would have me
thinking adrenal.

If Kira has adrenal it is not the end of the world.
As I've already posted eight of the 13 ferrets I've
had did have adrenal surgeries done. Two of them had
two adrenal surgeries. All came through fine. All
but one (Ryo-Ohki) was cured by surgery.

All the best,
Caity and the fabulous five
