Dr Murray,

Thank you so much for taking the time to reply and share your thoughts on
Jasper.
Also, thanks to everyone that shared their possitive experiences and
thoughts on this. It is very much appreciated.

I decided to go with the laparotomy. Jasper had his surgery today. It was
a large adrenal tumour, which has now been removed. It's been sent to a
lab, and hopefully I'll know within about a week, what we're dealing with.

Other than some general lethargy, Jasper has displayed no symptoms of
adrenal disease - which is a little puzzling......

Thank you for suggesting ulcers as being a possible cause for his lip
smacking. His stools appeared very normal at the time, but are now showing
signs of ulcers, as some are very dark. he's been given antibiotics and
Antepsin Suspension for it, so hopefully we'll see an improvement soon.

Thank you all, again

Carol
