Two possibilities:

If your ferret has A/V Heart Node Block then insulinoma can cause weakness as can the heart disease

BUT

it is one sided so that says that the the ferret has likely thrown a thrombosis (a clot). That can happen due to some meds (including licorice root) taken recently enough, or due to cardiomyopathy, or less commonly due to kidney disease of lymphoma, and even less commonly for a few extremely rare reasons. It is probably due to the cardiomyopathy, which is the most common cause.

MASSAGE THE LEG.

You want to help the clot break up in very small pieces which do not cause problems elsewhere.

Contact your vet. Your vet MIGHT want to try an anticoagulant. Some ferrets tolerate these but a few can bleed out. There is a LOT of variation in how a ferret might handle an anticoagulant. Hopefully, your little one will tolerate one. Your vet MIGHT also more seriously consider a serious med like Digoxin it clots are being thrown. DO give your vet the consulting cardiologist info which is mentioned in the heart disease writeups in the Files section of the website (see the post I just wrote.)
