Personally, I wound up with some flags raised. First off, I am having trouble finding the ingredients, only a comment that they are derived from eggs and from cow colostrum (first milk). That tends to not be a good sign.
Secondly, I found mention that one of the products (their cardio one) is mentioned in the PDR that exists for supplements. Well, that doesn't mean that it works, just that it is listed. Yet, there isn't even a quote. Both that PDR and the one for herbal products (and the one for regular meds while we are at it) also list products which are questionable and even ones which are dangerous, though most listed will have both their uses and their cautions.
(BTW, that text also has an extensive lists of Poison Control telephone numbers in the back.)
I don't have the Second Edition so I don't have the one mentioned, but I do have the first edition and none of that company's products are in that one even though it is only 4 years old and even though the company lists a wide range of products.
I agree that this is something to look into, but I would not try first and ask later. Doing that too often causes problems and without even knowing the ingredients it would be pretty hard to know what problems might trace back to it if some are caused or what is best to do for them.
Anyone have the 2003 or later _PDR for Nutritional Supplements_?
Meanwhile, I think I will look some more to see what turns up.
