Hi Susie,
I believe you will have to go with your gut on this one. I would personally
get another opinion. How does his rectum look now? Has any of the medical
treatments worked at all? Pursestring is a type of suturing and perhaps a more
radical approach may be necessary. How is Bandit acting? Does he show signs of
pain? Is he eating and playing?
I think you'll know when the time comes.
