Boo-Boo still refuses kibble and is on the chicken gravy he's been eating sick. he
got sick with ulcers a few months ago. His stools are soft and sticky, and now I'm
worried that this could happen to him because of that.

I tried using ferret behavior, as you suggested awhile back, but he just wont go for
it. He'll crawl in the sack, see what's in it, but he never gets the food and stashes it,
etc.

what should I do? The vet just tells us not to feed him, to let him get hungry
enough to eat his kibble...but I tried that ONCE and he went over 12 hours without
eating before I caved.

Notice that you do NOT want very soft stools. Those can be the cause of prolapse
and they worsen prolapse.
