Just thought I would update on Jasper's results from the large (visible on
x-ray) adrenal tumour that was removed.
It was a carcinoma, and unfortunately due to there being no real symptoms,
we haven't cought it in time : (

Due to there being no symptoms other than a slight weight loss, general
lethargy = sleeping more and very little interest in playing, is this
likely to have been the classic adrenal disease that is seen so often in
other ferrets?
I'm just trying to get my head around the fact that there were no other
symptoms.
He recently shed his winter coat and got his summer one complete with full
tail fur and all.
I'm very much in tune with the ferrets that I have. I watch closely for
differences in eating, behavioural habits etc. There really were no other
symptoms.
