I agree w/ Roary. They want you. They want to play with you...it's even better if you play with their toys with them. I also have a little ankle biter. I have a great solution to that! Now, it's not a fashion statement but I actually will put my pants in my socks so she can't get to the skin. I can sit down on the floor w/ them and not have to worry about Scooter biting me (she especially loves to sneek up on me when I'm cleaning the litter box).

I don't allow free roam either. They have our bedroom which is a lot of fun for them but I also do a few things to give them extra enrichment. I take them out one at a time and let them tear around the house...it's great bonding time just to be with one, jumping around doing the weasel war dance, chasing each other. It's still a new experience for them even though I do it almost everyday. Another thing you can try is if you have an old sheet filp it up and down like you're putting it on the bed...they love this game! They'll jump on top of it and under it and all over each other. I find this to be a great bonding tool and little miss biter doesn't seem as preoccupied w/ my ankles!

I hope this helps.
