Subject: Stools too loose since last chicken gravy batch

I made Boo-Boo another batch of chicken gravy the other day and his stools have been really lose (and stinky) since then. It's been a couple of days and I need to figure out what to do to help firm them up.
They've been loose since he started on the gravy several months ago (gravy recipe, sans bones and eggshells per vet instructions).
What can I give him to help this, and would adding turky baby food to the gravy help at all since someone said they switched their gravy recipe to turkey and it made a big difference in stool consistency.
