Usually not, but it is possible.
The problem is that it is not possible know wnich component of the vaccine caused the reaction, so if that same component is in the rabies vaccine then it will happen. Of our few who reacted to multiple vaccines 2 reacted to the rabies vaccine as well as the distemper vaccine of the time (Fervac).
So, you simply can't tell beforehand though the chances are against it happening.
