Subject: Amoxicillin - what makes ferrets like it so much?

Does anybody know what it is about the taste of the Amoxicillin that makes ferrets sit up and beg for it? I'd like to find out so that I can give Meeka that same taste without the medicine. Right now she's on Clavamox 0.2 cc b.i.d. and I'm still giving her the Amoxicillin as a chaser (about 0.5 cc b.i.d.) for a long-term treatment (8 weeks +) to combat the bacteroids infection she had in her cheek - she's doing great by the way.
