My ferrets have hated it, too. Actually it is funny because as a kid, I remember liking it! And, yes, I think it's usually bubble gum flavored. Maybe sometimes it's banana flavored and that's why some ferrets like it? I always had to force feed amoxicillin, or mix it with something else to get them to take it happily.
