I am not a vet, and I don't know what it is, but that happens to one of my ferrets also. She periodically has greenish diareah-looking poop, that tends to be smellier than usual. My vet was never concerned about it, as long as the tests were all good. She is a chewer, and does occasionally have hairball problems, so I suppose it could be related. It's probably best to bring a sample to the vet just in case, and if it's clear then don't worry about it.
