This presentation (green, stinky, and diarrhea) can be caused by anything which results in too-rapid transit time.

Birdseed stool is typically due to poor digestion of fats or small intestine problem.

Mucus on a rare basis is simply losing a mucus plug and nothing to worry about but more frequently or when connected to a specific food it can indicate irritation of the colon.
