I have heard from Dr. Katrina Ramsell that there MIGHT be two survivors of DIM/mystery illness. I know that one individual fits the pattern but the needed pathology work wasn't known about at the time so it is unknown if the problem really was the same illness or one of the things which can present similarly.
Right now I am waiting to hear if the other is a similar situation or a very good response to a treatment protocol being tried.
Dr. Katrina Ramsell is a veterinarian who also holds a doctorate in pharmacology who is working on medical approaches to this illness, while currently research team members Dr. Matti Kiupel or Michigan State and Dr. Mike Garner of NW Zoopath are the contacts for the related pathology work.
