Subject: Blood out of anal and anxiety

I have a ferret name Richter and He is currently in the hospital. He has been losing his blood through his anal. I have been giving him in accordence to the vet 4 CC's of Antibiotic. But he get a side effect of anxiety. He can't sleep very well and still he gets the bloody diarrhea. It hurts him to. I talked with the vet about the anxiety and they dropped his medication twice. First to 2 cc's then 1 cc's with the same effect his anxiety. I now currently have to give Richter 1 cc's of sleepy tea in his meal. Can anyone help me out? I know he needs his sleep and I know that his bleeding must stop. Thanks for the help!
