I agree strongly with Mike. This sounds classically like insulinoma, but if not insulinoma check also for cardiomyopathy which can also cause nausea sometimes along with the exhaustion. It is always a good idea at this age to have regular CBCs with Chemistry Panel and heart imaging, anyway.
