On-web posting at the FHL IS broken! There is now no need to notify
us moderators if it happened to you. It has now happened to me twice
today and will be reported. Please, be careful to follow posting
rules because several functions are also glitchy (and will be
reported). Please, also realize that sometimes in the past when
several functions fail or falter in a short period of time
Smartgroups may crash for a day or longer. If that happens the
archives can be found at
http://fhl.sonic-ferret.org
To post off the web use the address
ferrethealth@smartgroups.com
and try to use the same subject line so that the posts are attached
in the digest and website.
The new member joining confirmation function and the moderator's
editing function which is used to bring posts into compliance with
the rules are both glitchy. so to avoid post rejections follow the
rules found in the Files section at
http://www.smartgroups.com/groups/ferrethealth
If you don't get a rejection notice but your post does not appear
then you encountered the same glitch as I did which loses a post, so
give a heads-up off-list, please, if it happens with an e-mail
posting attempt since we already know it is happening with on-web
ones.) Anyway, partly to see if it works now I am again posting on-web.
As usual, the first and last person to advise you on health care for
ferrets must be your own ferret vet!
