Oh, we haven't used it except for a small bit to encourage one having trouble with the taste of meds for ages. In Ruffle's case she was in her last months, and whatever could getr in through her espophagus and not make her sick so that she could continue to have quality of life for as long as possible was a win. It was at that point.
